"You will know after just one workout that Noah truly wants you to succeed.
I have been training with Noah for approximately four years as a C4 incomplete. I was quite weak and wanted to focus on my lower body strength — Noah developed the right workouts to push and challenge me. I am now able to assist with transfers between my chair and exercise equipment, which is a huge milestone, and I am able to support my body weight with less and less assistance.
My injury was devastating in many ways, but working with Noah has helped me significantly — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well." - Tom Rogers
★★★★★
"Noah is exceptional. He's observant with my unique kinematics and always thinks out of the box for new exercises. I've improved dramatically since my injury and I attribute a major part of that success to Noah and his program."
— Ivar Chan, Spinal Cord Injury Survivor ★★★★★
"Noah is creative in tailoring a program that remains both interesting and challenging for his client's individual situations. He demonstrates compassion and empathy when I'm having a tough day. Highly recommend!"

Noah Rhoten — Owner & Coach
NASM-CPT • B.S. Sports & Exercise Science (UNC) • Clinical Exercise Specialist • Adaptive Powerlifting Coach • CPR/AED/BLS Certified
Noah’s path into adaptive fitness is personal. In 2018, he survived a rollover car accident that caused a Traumatic Brain Injury — spending a week in the hospital relearning to walk and months in rehab. That experience gave him both the empathy and the expertise to help others rebuild.
He holds a B.S. in Sports & Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado and has spent 5+ years as a Clinical Exercise Specialist at one of the world's best research and rehabilitation hospitals, Craig Research & Rehabilitation Hospital — designing adaptive programs for clients with SCI, stroke, TBI, and neurological diseases. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a certified Adaptive Powerlifting Coach (Logan University), and holds CPR/AED/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
He founded NextRep Fitness to bring that same clinical-level expertise directly to your home — no gym, no barriers, no generic programs.
Noah personally responds to every message within 24 hours. You’re working with someone who has been where you are — and knows the way forward.
